Customer Care / CRM Executive (Work from Office)

We are looking for smart and intelligent candidate to handle all communications and queries from customers across multiple social media channels for brand’s own e-commerce portal.. He/She will be mainly responsible to perform the following duties: Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure a delightful experience for online shoppers. Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. To answer calls/replying in social media professionally and provide the required information about the products/order/shipping/courier details To maintain records of customer interactions and report them accordingly. To ensure that all the calls are monitored properly, queries are answered and problems are resolved in a timely manner Liaising with internal departments to ensure client queries/concerns are addressed effectively. To handle all the queries and the complaints of the customers and resolve any issues in a professional manner. To further refer any unresolved customer grievances or requests to specific departments for investigation. Provide timely and correct responses on social media and support portal. Handling customer care calls Ability to understand and give suitable response from the templates. Need to give quick responses from 10am-8pm through chat support portal and on social media platforms simultaneously. Ability to understand the query correctly and forward to concerned departments internally. Ability to understand the collection name by seeing the image of the product. Ability to understand the query correctly and reply with correct template from pregiven templates. Prerequisites: Atleast 1-2years relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu(neutral accent) (Hindi & Telugu only verbal) Ability to understand International accent. Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the same. Ability to type fast and without any typos(mobile and PC) Well versed in MS Office- Excel/Word/Power Point Availability of a quiet work environment and IT infrastructure at home (computer, fast broadband connection, etc) Attention to detail Good telephone and email etiquette. Good listener Good problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure. Good knowledge of MS Office for report generation. Hyderabad local resident. Able to work from office @ Rd#10 Banjara Hills. Ability to work up to 2 hours(1 hour in 1st hour and 1 hour in 2nd half) each on Sunday’s and holidays from home. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift
