Your Focus As Global Blackline Admin based out of our Finance Shared Service Center in Hyderabad, India, you will take care Blackline account reconciliations tool, provide blackline guidance and education to functional personnel in the Centers.
The role reports to Senior Operations Leader.
How you will contribute Blackline User access Management
New/Modify/Revoke - User Access
Submit ITGC Controls
Perform ServiceNow vs Blackline – Reconciliations
Handle user Access Issues
Provide user training
Perform Data quality checks
Maintain Master Data
Create Organizational Structure & Team Structure
Assign of New Accounts
Re-assign of Existing Accounts
Maintain Account Groups
Maintain Account Rules and Settings
Perform Master Data quality checks
Data Interface Activities
Communications- IT Team & Closing Teams
Period Default Settings
Running Interface Jobs – Accounts/Currency loads
Manual Data Loads
Data quality checks
Reporting
Global Reporting for Quarterly submissions and Monthly reviews
Regional/Center reporting
Status reporting to various stakeholders
Audit Support
Facilitating Walkthroughs of accounts
Provide copies of reconciliations
Submit reports
Deliver assistance and expertise for additional activities as requested
Provide support in other key areas as requested by Management.
Complete requests end to end including communication on the results.
Job Requirements
What you will need to be successful
Master’s or Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA or any other relevant discipline.
Atleast 2 – 3 years of experience in Blackline Admin role.
Proven expertise with Blackline is a must.
Sound knowledge in SAP.
Well versed with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Analytical skills needed.
Versatility and capability to handle numerous tasks and challenges.
Flexibility to operate in shifts.
