Job Description
We are hiring for a passionate, independent and ambitious account management professional with good communication skills and confidence. Who can ensure his/her monthly targets by achieving daily and weekly activity milestones. The CSM should be a good listener and be able to handle the customer’s queries smartly. He should be open to learning and unlearn based on the situational demand.
The candidate should be able to convince the client mostly through calls, mails, SMS and chats. She/He should be able to understand the Market scenarios and should give the analytical feedback to his/ her reporting manager.
Key Responsibility Area
Responsible for deriving major factors for expansion of revenue from the existing clients. He/She should be able to achieve targets in the given timeline (Upgrades, Referrals, Renewals etc )
Targeting a specific pool of low and medium usage from the existing set of clients and ensure to maximise their product usage and call volume
Conducting regular QBR with the clients being targeted for the expansion or product usage and call volume
Maintaining the retention rate of the existing clients as per the company benchmark
Work from office Nehru place
Sharing weekly and monthly reports with the reporting manager
Getting case studies and testimonials from the targeted pool of clients
Coordinating with the other departments meets the allotted benchmarks
Working on the product metrics to get better understanding of the clients to be contacted
Provide advanced training to the clients for the advanced and targeted features
Meeting/E-meeting clients depending on the client requirements for product training or any additional requirements
Sharing weekly and monthly reports with the reporting manager
Requirements
Requirements Proven experience as an Account Executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
