Job Overview: The Supply Chain Associate will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficient procurement, production, and delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maintain seamless operations and meet customer demands. Responsibilities Procurement: Source and procure raw materials, packaging supplies, and equipment needed for production. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of materials to support production schedules. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize storage space. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation and customs clearance. Track and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Address any issues or discrepancies in deliveries, quality, or pricing. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings within the supply chain. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
