L&T Construction and Mining Machinery is looking for a Zonal Warranty Administrator-Chennai

What you’ll be doing
Getting warranty support from KIPL/LTCEL, Posting of Warranty claims,
Scrutiny of failure reports & escalate to PRO, Komtrax monitoring,
Reconciliation of warranty claims, Site visits with KIPL team,
Training programs to customers /Dealers,
Monitoring MCP machines scheduled services,
escalate field root cause analysis to PRO for product improvement,
EHS coordination like monthly reports, Safety training & Audits, Safety suggestions,
Dealer claims processing
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
Diploma in Mechanical, electrical, automobile with 6-14 years’ experience in earthmoving industry
Possess good written and oral communication skills in English and local language.
Ready to travel extensively and work on machines.
Working knowledge on computers (MS Office)
