Proper and timely daily data and vessel position reporting. Properly organize vessel completion meeting. To comply with all aspects of MICT’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems” Timely response on Customer Query , Monitor long standing containers and communicate with customer and inter dept. Timely prepare & submission SSR and capturer billing activities thru updating in TOS. Maintain BCP while manual operation. Achievement of optimum productivity levels and reliability of service to customers. Contribution in fulfillment and compliance of MICT Legal / statutory and operational requirements. Contributing to continuous improvement. Contributing for the meeting of Business/Operational targets and objectives. Training and team building of Documentation staff. Solving of operational discrepancies. Proper Updating and database management on operational front. Adherence to policies and procedures of the department. Ensuring Custom formalities and custodianship is maintained. Ensuring safe and correct working practices. Service Timelines set up are achieved. Facilitating Duty Superintendent.
