Kids can attend a variety of classes such as art, dance, flameless cooking, GK, logical reasoning and many more. YC is by far the largest kids extracurricular & co-curricular platform in India with more than 200K kids attending classes on YC every month. The platform is growing at an explosive rate but there is a lot more to be built.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You will be responsible for attracting talent at Yellow Class.
Your work will require you to:
- Be an ambassador for YellowClass - attract and hire the best talent in the industry
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage and nurture the pipeline of passive talents
- Manage and drive the entire life-cycle of employee onboarding at YellowClass including sourcing mentors, scheduling demos, negotiating compensation, etc.
Expected skill sets:
Have 0-1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and engaging talent in an extremely fast-paced environment
Have the ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engage them throughout the process
Are great at building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
Hands-on experience in Excel/Google sheet
